The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms, with a friendly and professional staff who are willing to assist with any request. The location in the heart of the city is convenient, and the room decor is nice. Additionally, the hotel provides a nice pool and a working AC.

We found the hotel's lobby and surrounding area to be very welcoming and professional. The staff members were friendly and accommodating, providing prompt service upon request. The parking lot was also spacious and well-maintained. In addition, the swimming pool was new and inviting for guests to enjoy.
There were some areas of the hotel that were lacking in attention to detail and quality service, particularly with regards to room cleaning. Some guests reported poor cleanliness and unresponsive staff in addressing the issue.

The complimentary breakfast with freshly squeezed juice was a great way to start our romantic escape. the location was perfect for exploring the city's vibrant nightlife and local restaurants. We loved the spacious and luxurious rooms, complete with a comfortable four-poster bed and a Jacuzzi tub for two!
The inconsistent room service, as our requests for extra towels or pillows were often forgotten. the gym facilities were lacking in equipment and maintenance, which wasn't ideal for our daily workout routine.

During my Easter weekend stay, I appreciated the free breakfast and convenient location near popular attractions. The comfortable beds were also a plus for a good night's rest.
The plumbing was subpar, with low water pressure and issues with flushing the toilet. the staff could use some improvement in communication and problem-solving skills.
